1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Polar Prep Supplements website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Polar Prep Supplements, reachable at 5070 Benson Dr #105, Burlington, Ontario L7L 5N6, Canada, by email at support@polarprep.ca and by phone at +1 (416) 383-3446.

2. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We sell third-party sports nutrition and health supplements. Product descriptions on this site are written by us; ingredient, nutritional and allergen information originates with the manufacturer and can change without notice. The packaging you receive is the authoritative source — always read the label before use.

Product images are representative. Manufacturers periodically change packaging, flavour names and formulations, and the item you receive may differ visually from the image shown.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may withdraw a product from sale at any time.

4. Health disclaimer

The products sold on this site are supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or living with a medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; a contract forms only when we ship the order.

We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where we suspect fraudulent or reseller activity, or where we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Promotional pricing and automatic bundle discounts apply only while published and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timing, shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund handling are set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property and third-party brands

The Polar Prep name, logo, site design and original written content are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

All manufacturer names, product names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Their appearance on this site does not imply that those brand owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Polar Prep Supplements.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to scrape or bulk-copy its content, to interfere with its operation or security, or to resell products obtained here in a way that breaches a manufacturer's own distribution terms.

10. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Errors

We work to keep pricing, stock status and product information accurate, but errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel an affected order, with a full refund, even after it has been confirmed.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall to the courts of Ontario, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your home province or territory.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
