Refund policy

Returns

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons, opened tubs, bars and drinks cannot be restocked or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
