Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are packed the same day. Most Canadian addresses receive delivery within two to six business days, depending on the destination and the carrier's current service levels.

Rates

Shipping is free on orders over $99 CAD. Below that threshold, the exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order weight.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delays

Severe weather and peak periods can add time in transit. If your tracking has not updated for three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
